Ismail Sami

Raeng Enterprise Fellowship at Royal Academy of Engineering

Ismail Sami is a highly experienced professional currently serving as a RAEng Enterprise Fellow at the Royal Academy of Engineering and an Entrepreneurial Fellow and Research Fellow at The Faraday Institution since April 2023. As CEO and Co-founder of Molyon since March 2024, Ismail brings a strong entrepreneurial background. Previous roles include Facilities Manager at the Henry Royce Institute, and participation in various prestigious programs such as the Advanced Degree Mentorship Programme at Boston Consulting Group, and the Impulse Programme 2022. Ismail's academic credentials include a PhD in Materials Science and Metallurgy from the University of Cambridge, complemented by an Accelerate diploma in Entrepreneurship from the Cambridge Judge Business School and a Master's degree in Physics with Theoretical Physics from The University of Manchester.
