Tsitsi Taruvinga is an experienced professional in maintenance engineering and project management, currently serving as Superintendent Fixed Plant Maintenance at Roy Hill since June 2024. Previously, Tsitsi held positions at Rio Tinto as Superintendent Maintenance and Senior Maintenance Engineer, and at BHP as Line Technical Specialist - BOS, focusing on training and compliance within operational frameworks. Tsitsi's career also includes a role as Specialist Governance and Technical Stewardship - Mechanical Engineer at South Walker Creek Coal Mine, overseeing engineering governance programs, and leading teams at ZPC - Munyati Power Station as Planning and Projects Engineer while developing maintenance strategies. Tsitsi holds a degree from the University of Zimbabwe, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and has further qualifications in Agile and change management.
