Tabbetha Dobbins is an accomplished academic and administrator with extensive experience in higher education, currently serving as the Dean of the School of Graduate Studies, Professor, and Vice President for Research at Rowan University since September 2010. Dobbins has held several leadership roles at Rowan, including Interim Vice President for Research and Dean of the Graduate School and Provost Fellow. Prior experience includes a joint appointment as Assistant/Associate Professor at Louisiana Tech University and Grambling State University from 2003 to 2009. Dobbins earned a Ph.D. in Materials Engineering from Penn State University, where studies were completed between 1995 and 2002.
