Mr. Salva was installed on the Board in September 2013. Mr. Salva's term will expire June 30, 2025.

Mr. Salva recently retired as Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Comcast Corporation. Larry is a CPA in Pennsylvania and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Executives International.

He also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Financial Accounting Foundation.

Mr. Salva received a B.A. degree in Accounting/Administrative Studies from Rowan University.
