Joaquin Hollero began their work experience in 2020 as an Industrial Engineering Co-op at FedEx Ground. Joaquin worked in this role until August 2022. In the same year, they also started working as a Project Manager & Consultant at Incline Consulting Group, a position they currently hold. In 2023, Joaquin joined RoviSys as an Information Systems Engineer I.

Joaquin Hollero completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh from 2018 to 2022. Additionally, they obtained the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from the same institution in April 2021.
