Erika Turflinger started their work experience in 2017 as a Process Engineer Co-op at Georgia-Pacific LLC. Erika later interned with them as a Product Development Intern. In 2018, they became an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Alabama Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering. In 2020, they returned to Georgia-Pacific LLC as a Process Engineer. Erika's most recent role is Systems Engineer I at RoviSys, which they started in 2023.

Erika Turflinger attended The University of Alabama from 2015 to 2020, where they successfully completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
