Annika Synnestvedt started their work experience as a Volunteer Trainer at Aurora Sinai Medical Center in 2015. Annika then worked as a Student Laboratory Assistant at BloodCenter of Wisconsin from August 2016 to May 2017. In 2018, they joined Northwest Center Against Sexual Assault as a Medical/Legal Advocate, a role they held until June 2022. Currently, they are working as a Customer Success Manager at RoveIQ starting from June 2022.

Annika Synnestvedt obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies from Marquette University, where they attended from 2013 to 2017.
