Daniele Mele has extensive work experience in various roles within the transportation and logistics industry. Daniele currently serves as the Managing Director for Routier European Transport in Italy. Prior to this, they held managerial positions at C.H. Robinson, including Manager of the Customer Division for the Italy Region and Branch Manager of the Milan Branch. Daniele has also worked as a Co-Founder at Ippoliti Group SA and as a Project Cargo & Ocean Freight Manager at Pasquinelli Spa. In addition, they have held roles at ISS Palumbo S.r.l. as a Project Cargo & Global Forwarding Manager and at C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. as a Capacity & Account Manager. Earlier in their career, they gained experience in tourism and hotel management as an Area Manager trainee at EF Education First and as a Business Developer at AIESEC.

Daniele Mele completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Università di Pavia in 2004, with a focus on Business/Managerial Economics. In 2003, they briefly studied Marketing at San Jose State University. Additionally, in 2002, they attended KU Leuven to study the economics aspects of the European Union.
