Ken Rudisell is a Senior Program Manager at Avaya since August 2019, responsible for managing the planning, development, and delivery of products to market. Previously, Ken worked as a Manager of Training and Learning Development at VHT, overseeing internal and external training programs. Prior to that, Ken was a Volunteer Training Specialist at Akron Children's Hospital, focusing on developing training materials and plans for volunteers. Ken also served in the United States Air Force as a Senior Training and Development Specialist, where Ken implemented on-the-job training policies and procedures. Ken holds a Master's Degree in Adult Education and Training from the University of Phoenix.
