Teri Douglas-Hubbard has extensive work experience in the field of quality improvement and program management. Teri currently serves as the Director of Quality Improvement at Roundup Fellowship, Inc. since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Laradon from August 2019 to July 2022. Teri also has a long tenure at Parker Personal Care Homes, where they held the role of Program and Training Director from February 2003 to April 2019.

Teri Douglas-Hubbard holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Special Education and Behavioral Science from Bethany College, which was obtained between the years 1990 and 1994. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as being a First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor for Adults and Pediatrics from the American Red Cross in August 2022 and being a Certified Internal Investigation Officer (CIIO) from the Labor Relations Institute | Approachable Leadership in 2010.
