Teri Douglas-Hubbard has extensive work experience in the field of quality improvement and program management. Teri currently serves as the Director of Quality Improvement at Roundup Fellowship, Inc. since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Laradon from August 2019 to July 2022. Teri also has a long tenure at Parker Personal Care Homes, where they held the role of Program and Training Director from February 2003 to April 2019.
Teri Douglas-Hubbard holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Special Education and Behavioral Science from Bethany College, which was obtained between the years 1990 and 1994.
