Max Denison is currently the Equipment Supervisor at Roundhouse Trust. Prior to that, they worked at Vans a Division of VF Outdoor from October 2014 to October 2015 where they were the Store Supervisor.
In their previous role, Max was responsible for managing a small team of sales associates and managers within the busy Westfield shopping Centre. Their duties included ensuring timetables were correct, prescreening CVs, monitoring sickness and absence, receiving and processing deliveries, organising stock transfers, pick ups and consolidation. Max also reported daily on takings, stock levels, bestsellers and competitor activity. Max provided in depth knowledge of all products and a good knowledge of the brand’s history. Max also trained staff and key holders on customer service and brand knowledge through one to one sessions and group presentations. Max dealt with customer complaints and performed morning briefings. After only 3 months in the store, they were tasked with taking on the role of acting assistant manager during the Christmas period. During this time, they gained the highest secret shopper report for all the Vans stores in London.
Max Denison holds a Bachelor of Arts (Illustration) with honors from Middlesex University and a Foundation Diploma in Art and Design with a high merit from City and Guilds of London Art School.
