Nikolaos Topoliatis serves as the Football Director at RoundGlass since February 2020, playing a pivotal role in transforming sports in Punjab, India through comprehensive programs aimed at developing football talent and promoting holistic wellbeing. Prior to this, Nikolaos held multiple significant leadership positions at Olympiacos FC from 2008 to 2020, including Head of Methodology, Academy Manager, and various coaching roles where notable achievements included winning the Greek Championship Superleague for U20 and U15 teams. Nikolaos possesses extensive qualifications in football education, including a UEFA Pro License and an MSc in Sport Management, and has contributed to football development at various levels, including national and youth teams, while also engaging in roles with organizations such as UEFA and the Special Olympics.
