Emil Yliperttula is an experienced professional in the telecommunications and customer success sectors, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Telness Tech since June 2021, where the focus is on enabling telecom companies to provide consumer-centric solutions through automation. Emil has held various leadership positions, including President and Vice President of Round Table Sweden (RT3 Stockholm), and maintains an active role as an Officer in the reserve for the Swedish Armed Forces since August 2016. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Sales Officer and Onboarding Manager at Telness and Tele2, respectively, along with various sales and management roles at Com Hem AB. Emil holds degrees in Specialistofficer from Militärhögskolan Halmstad and Effective Leadership from Luleå University of Technology, complemented by extensive training from Försvarshögskolan - Swedish Defence University.
