Lindsay Will is a seasoned professional in the music industry, currently serving as Sr. Director of A&R at Round Hill Music since January 2021, where previous roles included Director and Manager of A&R. Prior to this, Lindsay worked at Liv Write Play as Creative Manager and Creative Assistant from May 2018 to December 2020, managing demo uploads, organizing paperwork, and assisting with social media. Earlier experiences include internships at Round Hill Music and Big Deal Music, as well as a role as Facilities Staff at Middle Tennessee State University, where effective communication and inventory management were key responsibilities. Lindsay holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music Business from Middle Tennessee State University, earned in 2018.
