Léa Etchemendigaray has work experience in various roles and industries. In 2023, they worked as an Assistante marketing at Rouje. Prior to that, in 2022, they were an Assistante Marketing et Communication at Cookorico. This was followed by a position as Chargée d'accueil at Crédit Mutuel in 2021. Léa also worked as an Assistante Marketing et Communication at AGELIA during the same year. In 2020, they served as a Chargée d'accueil at Banque Populaire Grand Ouest and completed a stage de vente at Histoire d'Or.

Léa Etchemendigaray's education history includes earning an MBA in Luxury Brand Marketing and International Management from Sup de Luxe from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they attended Rennes School of Business from 2019 to 2022, where they studied International Business Management with a focus on Economics. In 2021 to 2022, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
