Jeff Finkernagel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jeff started their career at MIT Lincoln Laboratory as a Process Engineering Co-op, where they played a key role in improving electrostatic discharge within the facility. Jeff then worked at General Electric as a Military Systems Operation Projects Co-op, where they focused on the development of turbo-shaft helicopter engine design improvement.

Following their time at General Electric, Jeff joined GlynnTech, Inc. as part of the Engineering and Business Development team. In this role, they were responsible for research and development of solar power systems and the development of a solar desalination and extended energy system based on company patents.

Afterwards, Jeff joined Rotor Clip Co., Inc., initially serving as a Technical Sales Engineer, where they supported a global group of engineers and sales team members. Jeff played a crucial role in developing applications with automotive OEM and tier one supply chain, as well as supporting design efforts for various industries including oil and gas, wind turbines, military, and aerospace. Jeff later advanced to the position of Director of Technical Sales Engineering at Rotor Clip Co., Inc., where they managed a cross-functional team to assist customers throughout the project development, contract negotiation, production ramp up, and quality certification processes. Jeff also worked directly with customer design engineering groups to incorporate the company's product while balancing various factors.
