Cherry Li currently serves as the Director of Product Development & Production at Rothy's, a position held since August 2018, after progressing from Sr. Manager in the same department. Previous experience includes roles as Sr. Product Development Manager at Sperry from 2016 to 2019 and at Deckers Brands from 2011 to 2016. Starting in 2004, Cherry Li held various positions at Reebok, culminating as Product Development Manager for Lifestyle Footwear and working on diverse performance product lines. Earlier roles included Director of Product Development at PONY and Senior Product Development Developer - Footwear at Zoot Sports.
