Melissa de-Fry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business management and engagement within the finance sector. Currently serving as the Head of Business Management, Culture, and Engagement at Rothschild & Co since February 2011, Melissa has also held roles as Chief of Staff and provided management support within the organization. Additionally, Melissa is a Board Trustee for Arcangelo, a prominent ensemble focused on exceptional musicianship. Previous experience includes serving as Treasurer and Board Trustee for the STEM Skills Fund, aimed at encouraging girls to pursue mathematics and physics, and working as an Associate at Morgan Stanley and an Analyst at Lehman Brothers. Melissa holds a BSc (Hons) in Physics with Studies in Musical Performance from Imperial College London and completed education at the Purcell School of Music.
