Xavier Toson, MBA, serves as the District Rotary Foundation Chair and was the District Governor for Rotary International District 5840 during the 2020-2021 year, leading over 55 clubs and 2,500 Rotarians in humanitarian efforts. As the founder and Digital Architect of Stash Media Group, a digital marketing consulting agency in San Antonio since 2012, Xavier specializes in comprehensive web and marketing solutions for entrepreneurs. Previous roles include Assistant Governor for Rotary International District 5840, President of Rotary of San Antonio West, and IT Project Manager for Salient CRGT and the United States Air Force, where Xavier managed various projects with a strong focus on efficiency, team coordination, and customer satisfaction. Xavier holds an MBA in Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.
