Tarek Al Safadi is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Complex Facilities Manager and Director of Food & Beverage at Rotana Hotel Management Corporation PJSC since June 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing F&B administration and operations at multiple properties. Prior to this role, Tarek held the position of Food & Beverage Manager at Arjaan Dubai Media City from May 2008 to May 2011, managing all service and culinary operations, and relieving the General Manager during absences. Tarek's career also includes previous roles as Food and Beverage Manager at Villa Rotana, Assistant F&B Manager at le Meridien Al Sondos, Restaurant Manager at Al Bustan Rotana, and Food and Beverage Coordinator at Sheraton Deira, with a strong foundation in pre-opening procedures.
