Sachin Kohli has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on brand performance and sales for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions). Sachin is currently the Area Director of Brand Performance - MICE at Rotana Hotel Management Corporation PJSC, a role they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, Sachin was the Director of Brand Performance - MICE at the same company from November 2019 to December 2021. Sachin also served as the Director of Sales - Groups and Events - U.A.E at Rotana Hotels and Resorts - National Sales office from January 2017 to October 2019. Before joining Rotana, Sachin held the position of Assistant Director of Sales - M.I.C.E. at Rotana Hotels Dubai & Northern Emirates from September 2011 to December 2016, and Inspired Meeting Manager at Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach from November 2008 to September 2011. Sachin began their career as a Senior Conference and Banquets Executive at Grosvenor House Dubai and Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa from May 2005 to November 2008.

Sachin Kohli obtained a Bachelors in Hotel Management from IHM Bangalore, India, where they studied from 2002 to 2005.
