Will also worked as the Director of Customer Success & Support at ManyChat from October 2021 to June 2022. Before that, they were the Head of Customer Success at Webeo from June 2020 to October 2021. Will gained experience at Cherwell Software as the Regional Manager, Customer Success - EMEA & Emerging Markets from May 2019 to May 2020 and as the Senior Customer Success Advocate from October 2018 to April 2019. Will worked as a Customer Success Manager at du Pré Ltd from June 2016 to September 2018. Will started their career at Lloyds Banking Group where they held various roles focusing on customer retention and business growth from July 2011 to June 2016. Will also worked as a Plant Area Sales Assistant at Blue Diamond Limited from May 2009 to July 2011.
Will Pagden attended Court Moor School from 2004 to 2009, where they did not obtain a particular degree or field of study. Will then pursued higher education at Basingstoke College of Technology from 2009 to 2011, earning a National Diploma in Public Services. In addition to their formal education, Will Pagden obtained two additional certifications: Human-Centered Leadership from LinkedIn in May 2020 and ITIL v3 Foundations from ITIL Foundation Certification Training Level in October 2018.
