Miled Moukhtafe has a diverse range of work experience. Miled is currently working as a Senior Support & Implementation Manager at Rosterfy since October 2021. Previously, they worked at Darwish Holding for over 11 years. In their role as an Information Technology Applications Manager, Miled assessed business process requirements, managed system hardware and software implementation and upgrades. Miled also served as an Information Technology Project Manager, where they successfully led ERP implementation projects and managed various modules such as Oracle Financial, Oracle HR, and Oracle Payroll. Additionally, Miled worked as a Database Administrator and Technical Lead, implementing in-house retail, payroll, and SCM systems. Prior to their time at Darwish Holding, Miled was a Developer & Business Analyst at Alpha Omega Software, where they built reports, forms, and modules for various accounts including TRAGS Construction Company and MEC Construction Company.

Miled Moukhtafe's education history begins with their enrollment at Zgharta High School from 1999 to 2001, where they pursued a general science program. After completing high school, Miled went on to attend Lebanese University from 2002 to 2006. During this period, they obtained a master's degree in Computer Science, specifically in the field of study titled "Lessons Maitris."

Apart from their formal education, Miled Moukhtafe also holds several additional certifications. In 2013, they achieved the Oracle Database 11g Administrator Certified Associate certification from Oracle. Later, in 2013 as well, they obtained the Oracle Database 11g Administrator Certified Professional (upgrade) certification from the same institution.

In 2015, Miled acquired two more certifications related to Oracle: the R12.2 Oracle Applications System Administrator Fundamentals Ed 1 LVC and the R12.2 Oracle Inventory Management Fundamentals Ed 1 LVC. Moving forward to 2020, they completed the Leadership Coaching for Engagement and Performance program offered by Carnegie Mellon University. Additionally, in 2020, they accomplished the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from AXELOS Global Best Practice.

Most recently, in 2021, Miled Moukhtafe attained the PMP® Certification from the Project Management Institute.
