Sofia Marques is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Técnica de Recursos Humanos at Rosseti Engenharia since July 2021. Prior to this role, Sofia gained valuable experience during an internship in Human Resources at JOM from October 2018 to June 2019, where responsibilities included managing administrative processes and assisting with payroll processing. Sofia holds a Master's degree in Education, Training, Work, and Human Resources from Universidade do Minho, obtained between 2017 and 2020, and a Bachelor's degree in Portuguese and Lusophone Studies from the same institution, completed from 2014 to 2017.
