Srini, as he is endearingly called, is engaged as an advisor and strategically assists PKB in all the operational aspects of the Division.

He held various leadership positions at Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL), culminating as the Executive Director of Avionics Division and its R&D centre at Hyderabad where he was responsible for the entire operations, including setting up new production and ROH lines, and P&L. In his 37 years at HAL he managed Design, Production Engineering, Assembly & Testing, Operations, Divisional & Corporate Planning and Project management. He was the driving force in setting up an avionics unit at Kasargod (Kerala).

Srini is an Engineer in Electrical Technology from IISc, Bangalore and a Post Graduate in Aeronautics from IIT, Kanpur.
