Michael Field has had extensive experience in the field of lighting design and technology. Michael began their career at Starbucks, where they worked as a Barista from June 2018 to October 2018. In November 2018, they joined Club Med as a Lead Lighting Engineer, a position they held until July 2019. During this time, they also worked as a Lighting and Video Technician at #CrewCall from October 2017 to July 2019.

In 2019, Michael returned to Starbucks, this time as a Coffee Master/Barista Trainer, a role they held until joining Borealis Stage Lights in May 2020 as a Lighting Director. Michael'stenure at Borealis Stage Lights ended in January 2021.
