Bill Pitcher is an experienced HRIS professional with a career spanning over two decades. At Ross Stores, Inc., from June 2015 until retirement, Bill served as the HRIS Analyst, Lead. Prior to this, Bill worked at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. as an HRIS Analyst from October 2011 to June 2015, and prior to that, Bill was an Implementation Consultant at HumanConcepts in 2010. Bill's career began at APL, where Bill held the position of HRIS Lead Analyst from October 1994 to November 2009, providing global systems support for HR processes and assisting in the navigation of complex HR processes related to employee and contractor data management within the PeopleSoft HR system.
