Sergey Makovey, Ph.D., ACCA has a diverse work experience in the financial and oil industry. Sergey started their career in 1999 as an Analyst at Yukos, where they worked until 2000. Sergey then joined KPMG as an Analyst for two years before moving to Ernst&Young, where they worked as a Manager from 2002 to 2007. After that, Sergey joined C.V. Starr Investment Advisors as an Investment Manager, a role they held for five years until 2012.
