Ilya Ulyanov has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2002 with various positions in IT services. Ilya then worked as an Audit Consultant at PwC in 2007, followed by a role as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young's Fraud Investigation group from 2008 to 2011. In 2011, they moved to Geostream Services as an Internal Controls Manager, where they implemented the corporate internal controls system. Ilya then joined Schneider Electric as a Regional Internal Controller, participating in a large M&A project and implementing the corporate internal control system in CIS legal entities. From 2012 to 2017, Ilya worked at JSOC Bashneft in various roles, including Internal Audit Project Director, Internal Audit Manager, and Compliance Manager, specializing in upstream business processes. Since 2017, they have been working at Rosneft, first as an Internal Audit Manager, and currently as the Head of the regional audit division, specializing in shipbuilding business and the Sakhalin-1 project. Throughout their career, Ilya has managed teams, executed audits, planned annual audits, and provided consultations on internal controls matters.
Ilya Ulyanov began their education in 2001 at Bauman Moscow State Technical University, where they studied engineering. Ilya attended this institution until 2007. Following this, Ilya enrolled at the Moscow State Academy of Law named after O.E. Kutafin (MSAL) and obtained a degree in 223 federal law in 2015. In 2013, they attended the ICA to earn a certificate in compliance awareness. Lastly, Ilya Ulyanov pursued studies in accounting and finance at the EY Academy of Business from 2008 to 2011.
