Benjamin Schwarz

Postdoctoral Researcher at Roskilde University

Benjamin Schwarz is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Roskilde University, engaged in a project that examines subjective experiences and mechanisms of inclusion and exclusion related to senior employee retention in the context of active ageing. Previously, Benjamin served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Danish Institute for Human Rights, focusing on the impact of AI and automated decision-making in the welfare state within the CHANSE project.
