Benjamin Schwarz is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Roskilde University, engaged in a project that examines subjective experiences and mechanisms of inclusion and exclusion related to senior employee retention in the context of active ageing. Previously, Benjamin served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Danish Institute for Human Rights, focusing on the impact of AI and automated decision-making in the welfare state within the CHANSE project. Benjamin completed a PhD at Roskilde University, where involvement included participation in the departmental council, representing the PhD constituency. Experience also includes roles as a Research Assistant and Academic Employee across various institutions, contributing to research, stakeholder engagement, and report preparation. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Social Studies, both from Roskilde University.
