Bob Woeppel has a long and extensive work history primarily in the field of Human Resources. Bob started their career as a Manager of Human Resources at MDS Health Group in 1981 and worked there for five years before joining Lactalis American Group in 1986 as a Vice President of Human Resources. Bob remained in this role for over two decades until 2008 when they moved to Rosina Food Products, Inc. as a Vice President of Human Resources. In 2018, they were promoted to the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Administration at Rosina Food Products, where they currently work.

Bob Woeppel completed their BS in Business Administration with a major in Marketing between 1968 and 1972 at Canisius University. Bob later pursued further education and obtained a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from the State University of NY at Buffalo, from 1979 to 1981.
