Oussama Kabbani is an accomplished professional in urban design and real estate development, currently serving as the Group Chief Development Officer at ROSHN since June 2022 and as a Board Member of the Jeddah Central Development Company since July 2019. Kabbani previously held the position of Advisor for the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, contributing to urban planning and real estate initiatives from January 2021 to June 2022. With a diverse background, Kabbani has served in various leadership roles, including Senior Director at Majid Al Futtaim Properties, Chief Operating Officer at Solidere International, and Chairman & Managing Partner at Millennium Development International. Kabbani's educational credentials include a Master's degree in Urban Design from Harvard University Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Beirut Arab University.
