Mostafa Khalaf has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as an Associate Director of Strategy & Innovation at ROSHN. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at PwC Middle East, where they contributed value to investor transactions through various initiatives such as creating mid-term business plans and performing thorough commercial due diligence. Mostafa also optimized business processes and managed strategy building and budgeting for a national program. Before joining PwC, Mostafa served as a Factory Manager at Saudi Almas Ceramics Company, where they established a supply chain model and managed cost activities. Mostafa began their career as a Project Engineer at Almas Company, where they were responsible for installing new production lines, implementing preventive and curative maintenance actions, troubleshooting machinery, and engaging in project scheduling and planning. Mostafa also had a role as a Project Leader at the Saudi Branch of Almas Company, where they oversaw site preparation, ERP implementation, construction progress, and collaborated with stakeholders to initiate operations.

Mostafa Khalaf earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Jordan, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. Mostafa obtained an MBA in International Business from the MIB Trieste School of Management, completing their education there in 2012.
