Mazen A. Alsayed serves as the Associate Director of HRIS at ROSHN l روشن since March 2024, focusing on the strategic implementation and optimization of HR technology solutions. Prior to this role, Mazen was an HCM Senior Solution Engineer at Oracle from February 2020 to March 2024, where responsibilities included client leadership and solution alignment. Earlier experience includes serving as an SAP HR Consultant at Petro Rabigh from December 2013 to February 2020, where Mazen led significant projects including MOLGA transition and payroll localization in Saudi Arabia. Beginning a career as a Financial Accountant at Abdul Latif Jameel from September 2006 to March 2008, Mazen was involved in financial transactions and account reconciliations while completing a Diploma course. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Business Information Technology from Edinburgh Napier University and multiple certifications in SAP and CIPD.
