Andy Feculak is a seasoned professional in the architecture and development industry with extensive experience spanning over three decades. As the Senior Director of Development at ROSHN since February 2023, Andy has previously held significant roles including Design Director and Development Director at McCarthy & Stone from October 2012 to the present, where management of a talented team and innovative architectural approaches to retirement housing were key responsibilities. Prior to this, Andy served as Development Director at Our Enterprise, leading a notable redevelopment project for the former Royal Hospital Haslar, and held positions as Design Manager at Echo Architecture and Director at Future Generations, focusing on high-quality modular building solutions. Andy began a career as an Associate at Paul Davis and Partners following a distinguished academic background, earning a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) with First Class Honours from Birmingham School Of Architecture.
