Gene Landingin has extensive culinary expertise, currently serving as a Cook at Rosewood Miramar Beach Montecito since January 2019. Previous roles include Cook positions at The Four Seasons Biltmore, Belmond El Encanto, and UCSB's Housing and Residential Services, along with a Food & Beverage Director role at The University Club of Santa Barbara. Earlier experiences include various culinary and service roles at El Encanto Hotel, Mimosa Restaurant, Radisson Hotels, and The Montecito Country Club.
