Rafael Gomes is a seasoned professional in data privacy and protection, currently serving as Data Privacy Operations Manager at Rosewood Hotel Group since April 2023. In this role, Rafael acts as a cross-functional point of contact for privacy issues, ensures compliance at the outset of new initiatives, conducts various data protection assessments, oversees the Register of Processing Activities globally, and addresses data subject requests. Prior experience includes positions as Privacy Legal Counsel at ETS Global B.V., Data Protection Specialist at Rigom Ltda, Legal Trainee at SCOR, and Data Privacy Intern at Opportunity Network, where Rafael accumulated extensive knowledge in compliance, project management, and legal advice related to data privacy.
