Mario Murner has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Mario started their career in 2001 as an Assistant Manager at The Peninsula Chicago. Mario then worked as a Room Service Manager at The Landmark London from 2003 to 2005. After that, they served as an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at Hyatt Regency Macau from 2005 to 2006, and then at Grand Hyatt Taipei from 2006 to 2008. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as the Director of Food & Beverage at Park Hyatt Seoul. Since 2010, they have been with Rosewood Hotel Group, where they held various positions including Director of Food & Beverage, Director of Food & Beverage - Projects, and currently, they are the Senior Corporate Director | Operations.
Mario Murner attended SHL Schweizerische Hotelfachschule Luzern from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a diplom. Hotelier Restaurateur HF degree in Hospitality Management.
