Jamar R. Brown is a partner at Rosenberg Martin Greenberg, LLP, where engagement focuses on representing businesses, investors, and property owners in commercial, real estate, and contractual disputes in both federal and state courts since March 2016. Prior to this role, Jamar served as an Assistant State's Attorney in the Office of the State's Attorney for Baltimore City from October 2012 to February 2016. Jamar holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law (2008-2011) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and African American Studies from Emory University (2002-2006).
