Jonathan Bowen is an experienced professional specializing in operations and management across various industries. Currently serving as Entrepreneur In Residence at Rose Park Advisors since September 2022, Jonathan manages operational projects for the firm and its portfolio companies. Previously held the position of Chief Leadership Officer at eAssist Dental Solutions, where Jonathan led the Employee Relations and Talent Management teams during a period of rapid growth, and served as COO, overseeing internal operations and service delivery to dental offices nationwide. Additional experience includes roles as Continuous Improvement Manager at GBMP, Director of Operations at ETM Manufacturing, and Director of Hardware Manufacturing at Vecna Technologies, where Jonathan managed production and logistics for healthcare-related products. An MBA graduate from Harvard Business School, Jonathan also has a BS in Business Management from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business.
