Eric Swenson currently serves as Resident Manager at Rose Associates since June 2023 and has been Board Chair of The Wise Foundation Inc since September 2021, an organization dedicated to assisting at-risk youth in the greater NYC area with mental, social, and academic support. Eric Swenson has extensive experience in property management, having held various roles including Resident Manager at Brown Harris Stevens, Assistant Superintendent at Cushman & Wakefield, and Security Professional at Giorgio Associates. Other positions include Handyman and Porter/Doorman at Douglas Elliman Real Estate and Resident Manager at Metropolitan Management. Eric Swenson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Flagler College, where graduation occurred in May 2015.
