Manne Airaksinen is a Helsinki-based Senior Advisor. He is specialized in public M&A and equity capital markets. Manne has extensive experience in a broad range of corporate issues and has been a key person in the development of the Finnish Companies Act. He regularly acts for listed companies in a high-end boardroom advisory role. Manne is a part-time professor of practice at the University of Lapland.
