Maciej Szałek has been working in the software engineering field since 2015 as a Freelance Software Engineer. In 2018, they began working at Scador.com as a Software Engineer, and also at BOC UK & Ireland as a Full Stack Engineer. In 2020, they joined Merixstudio as a Senior Node.js Developer + Team Leader, then as a Node.js Developer, and finally as a Node.js Developer + Team Leader. Maciej also began working at Rosalyn.ai in 2020 as a Full Stack Engineer.

Maciej Szałek completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Informatyka from Politechnika Lubelska between 2011 and 2015.
