Doug Rausch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology management and product development. Currently serving as a Director at Ropes & Gray LLP since November 2013, Doug manages technology product teams focused on Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse, and Financial System products, and successfully launched a Strategic Analysis team. Previously, Doug held various key roles at Mercer from November 2003 to November 2013, including Principal and Manager of Product Teams, where responsibilities encompassed modernizing global financial systems and overseeing a $20M budget across multiple regions. Noteworthy accomplishments include leading a $5M global data warehouse project and supporting US financial systems operations. Doug began their career with roles at Brown Brothers Harriman and NatWest Markets. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Trinity College-Hartford.
