Maria Hampton possesses extensive experience in sales and operations management, currently serving as a Sales Ledger at Roper Rhodes since June 2022. Previously, Maria held the position of Shift Manager at Lidl GB from August 2018 to June 2022. Earlier in the career, significant roles included Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at 1pm plc from October 2007 to September 2016, as well as Managing Director and Manager of Operations at One pm Finance between 2004 and 2016. Maria has completed multiple AAT qualifications in Accounting and Finance at Bath College and holds a Lean Six Sigma certification from 1Training International Ltd, enhancing professional skills in process improvement and operational efficiency.
