Melissa Rowlett is a Clinical Programs Specialist at Roots Community Health Center. Previously, Melissa worked as an Elementary School Instructor at HeyTutor, a COVID-19 Testing Site Lead at Kinetic - CityHealth Urgent Care, and a Histology Laboratory Assistant at IMD Path. Melissa also served as a Policy Intern at Ella Baker Center for Human Rights and as a Sommelier at High Treason. Melissa's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health from The George Washington University, a Master of Public Health in Disaster Management from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, and ongoing studies in Post-Bachelorette Pre-Health in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Science/Research and Allied Professions at UC Berkeley Extension.
