Radek is a trusted advisor around digital & contact center transformation, with a focus on chatbots and voice-based speechbots. Radek has over 15 years of experience in the industry, starting out as a Vice President at Cintas. Radek then spent two years at Dell EMC as an Advisor for Big Data Strategy before moving to Aspect Software as their Digital & Contact Center Transformation Director - Banking & Insurance. In this role, Radek was responsible for helping banks and insurers across Canada, the US, and LATAM successfully transition to digital customer service. Radek left Aspect Software in November 2016 to join the advisory board of [24]7, where they served for just over two years. Radek is currently working in an unknown role at Roots Automation.
Radek's educational career began with a degree in Business Administration/Business Marketing/Business Management from Humber College. Radek then continued their education by obtaining a certification from Cintas in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB).
