Avril Casiechitty has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Senior Executive in People & Culture and Talent Acquisition at Rootcode Labs since July 2019. Prior roles include HR Executive at InfoMate (Pvt) Ltd - John Keells Holdings and HR Intern at Cinnamon Grand Colombo. Avril also has a background in auditing, having worked as a Senior Auditor at EY from August 2015 to August 2017. Educational qualifications include studies at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) from 2016 to 2018 and being a CIMA Passed Finalist.
