Ben Lovell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, fund strategy, and data science. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Root Ventures since April 2024, Lovell previously held positions as Partner of Fund Strategy at Andreessen Horowitz and Senior Data Scientist at Menlo Ventures. Additional roles include Business Intelligence Analyst at Financial Technology Partners and Brand Manager at Boost VC. As a cofounder and COO of CoPilot Tech, Lovell played a key role in scaling the company to a nationwide service. Early experience also includes roles in data science and financial management at various organizations, including Stanford University. Ben Lovell holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Stanford University.
