Senior Program Manager, Race & Democracy at Roosevelt Institute

Shahrzad Shams has a diverse work experience. Shahrzad'smost recent position is as a Program Manager at the Roosevelt Institute, where they focus on Race & Democracy. Afterward, Shahrzad Shams enrolled at Columbus State Community College in 2014 and completed their studies in an unspecified field without obtaining a degree. In 2016, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology and a minor in Human Rights at The Ohio State University College of Arts and Sciences, graduating in 2017. Shahrzad Shams furthered their education at The Ohio State University, this time at the John Glenn College of Public Affairs. From 2019 to 2021, they pursued a Master's degree in Public Policy, Administration, and Management. During this period, they also attended The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where they graduated in 2021 with a Doctor of Law (JD) degree.
